Favor of Ares Concept Art: Rita, David, Tanisha

Concept sketch of Rita Torres (Trauma), David Bostick (Whisper), and Tanisha Green (Harmony).  Yes, I went from trying the retro cartoon style to a more streamline style because the characters are close to their twenties and the retro cartoon style wasn’t working for me. Still it helped with the streamline style.   I can see areas that I need to fix too. What do you guys think? How can I improve? I’m also working on drawing bigger in my sketchbook.
